How soon do I get access to the platform?

After you submit your purchase form, our team immediately begins configuring your portal. Within 24 hours you will be provided unique login credentials. After you receive the email with your username and password, you can access the platform immediately -   no set up or training is required.

If I purchased more than 1 seat, how do the other users get access?

Once you have access to the platform, a dedicated page to "Configure Platform Users" empowers you to assign the rest of the seats you purchased. If you run into any trouble, our Customer Success team is on standby to assist with adding users!

When do I pay?

After you submit the purchase form our Finance team begins generating your invoice. You should expect the invoice to arrive to your email inbox within 7 days, but usually it arrives sooner. Once received, you have 30 days to remit payment on the invoice of your platform access will be turned off.
